Turtle's new call is out and we're trying to produce something about it - the topic is "light(be)". It's not that easy, is it? How do we actually come up with our ideas? Where do we start? This weekend we want to hide from the world and either develop completely new creative projects of all kinds together or work on existing ones.

Requirements:You should have some experience and be willing to work on an emerging or existing artwork or text. It would also make sense to be open about your artistic work and that of others. We want to create a pleasant group dynamic in which everyone can feel comfortable and creative.

Maximum 15 participants.

Saturday, April 29th, 2023

10:00-11:00: Wake up

We meet to wake up in the morning and do creative intention yoga - we take ourselves very seriously. So extremely high expectations of flexibility and alertness. Fun. Very relaxed of course. Yoga actually helps to release blockages, both physically and mentally. Not only do I say that, but also actual yoga teachers.

11:00-11:30 a.m.: Get creative

After that, on both days there will be a "Mini TED Talk" inspired by the topic "light (being)". Hopefully that will bring your head into the flow state.

11:30 - 18:00 (lunch break 13:30 - 14:30): Writing

During work phases, we sit in the midst of the books of the Monacensia and drink coffee, highly concentrated. In short breaks we loosen up the writing muscles with writing exercises, chat about your projects, think about how to develop them further and we all benefit from the creative energy in the room. We all look at our cell phones as little as possible and enjoy the beautiful retreat.

From about 7 p.m.: evening program

On Saturday evening we'll see together what Munich's cultural program has to offer (hopefully for free).

Sunday, April 30th, 2023

Sunday starts and works like Saturday, except that we go to the museum together on Sunday afternoon (at around 4:00 p.m.) - probably to the Pinakothek der Moderne (admission: 1€), to be impressed a bit by foreign art. Or not. Let's see, hey?

End: around 6:00 p.m. we unfortunately have to say goodbye to a weekend of being creative and hopefully we'll all take something great with us into our stressful everyday life.
